Yoga on the Khalsa Table is a beautiful routine of asanas. We have videos that will provide you a clear picture of how to incorporate a yoga workout on the Khalsa Table.

The Khalsa has been used for years as a passive traction table which decompresses the spine. This yoga routine is far beyond our expectations!

Exercising on the Khalsa Table is a series of basic exercises which can be used with any strength and conditioning program. Because you are exercising on an arched surface rather than a flat surface, all exercises become intensified. With the addition of ankle weights, wrist weights, dumbbells / barbells or a medicine ball, the resistance of each exercise is increased, thus creating a total body workout.
